 Ian Webster is a distinguished NLP Master Practitioner and Licensed Trainer and founder of Achieve Ltd. He has trained senior managers in Russia, Europe and the Caribbean; is a registered therapist and operates a private clinic in Rodney Street, Liverpool. He trained with Dr Richard Bandler for a full year and has subsequently worked with Paul McKenna on many occasions.
Besides being a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute he is registered with the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (MAPHP(Reg)); the General Hypnotherapy Register (GQHP); United Fellowship of Hypnotherapists (DUFH Adv); Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming (Trainer, Master Practitioner and Licensed in Advanced Sub-modalities); and is a Registered Practitioner of SymbioDynamics, a Qualified PADI Divemaster, RYA Skipper and a graduate of Common Purpose (Merseyside Matrix 2007).
Ian's passion is for inspiring and mentoring both entrepreneurs and established business leaders. His worldly experience and relaxed manner helps to establish rapport and enables the root cause of issues to be quickly identified and addressed. Whilst working in the computer industry he studied Organisational Psychology and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Management Development. In the 1990’s Ian was instrumental in co-developing an MBA in Telecommunications Management and the first ever sales management qualification in the UK. He has taught at Cranfield School of Management, Warwick Business School and is an Associate of Liverpool John Moores University. His commercial background includes working for Pilkington Brothers, IBM, and a major international telecommunications company. He also currently holds directorships in a number of SME businesses and assists at the Formby Scuba School as well as being a lecturer for the UK Career Academy Foundation.
