The team is led by Bill Plews and Ian Webster. Bill is a Master Coach and Trainer who has a very successful background in the field of education/care and who has been successfully counselling, coaching and training since 2001. He has extensive experience in conflict and challenging behaviour, especially with young adults in education and care sector environments. His particular interest is in growing individuals to become more successful and create better lives for themselves.
